Hello, I'm Kate, a licensed massage therapist, craniosacral practitioner and artist. In my practice as a healer it is my belief that the human body has the incredible and powerful ability to self heal. Through my learning and practice, I understand that it is at first and foremost important as a therapist to provide a no-judgement, compassionate and caring space to facilitate this healing. Whether suffering emotional or physical trauma, looking  for pain management or a seeking safe space to receive healing touch therapy, this is what I aspire to create.

Originally from England but now based full time in New York City, my education first began in the arts, as a painter and dancer. My work has always focused on the anatomy, form and movement of the body, and my fascination of how we choose to express and connect to ourselves and each other. My interests with the body naturally evolved into something that became more physical and tactile. This lead me to continue my education and deepen my knowledge in the healing arts, graduating from the Finger Lakes School of Massage and training in CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute. For me touch therapy developed into another form of art, whether I am sculpting the human flesh, creating movement with the body or using gentle touch to bring awareness and connection.
