Hello, I'm Kate, a licensed massage therapist, craniosacral practitioner and artist. In my practice as a healer it is my belief that the human body has the incredible and powerful ability to self heal. Through my learning and practice, I understand that it is at first and foremost important as a therapist to provide a no-judgement, compassionate and caring space to facilitate this healing. Whether suffering emotional or physical trauma, looking  for pain management or a seeking safe space to receive healing touch therapy, this is what I aspire to create.

My education first began at art school in London, as a painter and dancer. From the very beginning the pieces I created centralized the body, the human anatomy and its expression. How we use our bodies, the stories they tell and how we connect to ourselves and each other. My work naturally evolved into something that became more physical and tactile. After initially moving to New York City to study dance, my education changed course and I chose to deepen my knowledge in the healing arts, graduating from the Finger Lakes School of Massage and training in CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute. For me touch therapy developed into another form of art, whether I am sculpting the anatomy with my hands, creating movement with the body or using gentle touch to bring awareness and connection. After spending 7 years living and working in NYC I am now based in London.
